PRICING:
The one-time fee for designing and building your website is $1,497. Hosting for your website is included with your monthly reoccurring UMTPG membership of $47 per month.
TERMS:
Because trying to fix someone else's work can be a nightmare, our developers will ONLY work on new websites and will not attempt to edit or repair existing websites. If you would like to overhaul an existing website in favor of a new site, not a problem, our developers will be happy to assist.
Putting your website together and making it fully functional for desktop, laptop, and mobile view can be done within a week or two depending on existing projects. However, implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) on the backend will take several weeks. With your help and assistance in providing our team with necessary information and images, our developers can work to expedite delivery.
We welcome the opportunity to provide general modifications to your logos free of charge, as necessary, to enhance your site. However, should considerable time be required for actual logo creation it will be billed separately at $55 per hour.
Hosting and maintenance fees are included with your monthly UMTPG membership dues.
Development services include website development with custom per-page search engine optimization (SEO) to help increase your online visibility. However, because local online directories can vary in pricing and requirements, we do not list your website on unique local listings, community boards, review sites, or social media. You are more than welcome to list your sites on local directories at your discretion.
Because development of your website is a custom project, requests for refunds, either partial or in-full, will not be honored.
If you do not currently have a website and have not yet reserved a URL, not a problem. We welcome the opportunity to offer suggestions in choosing the "right" URL for your website.
If you currently have an active website that we will be replacing, not a problem. We will ensure your URL points to your new site once complete.
PAYMENT:
To enlist the help of our development team in building your custom website, please share your information below. You will receive an electronic invoice via email that can be paid using any major credit card. Thereafter, our team will contact you via email to request pertinent information required to start your project.
Your professionally designed website is going to help introduce you to prospective clients, family members, facility staff, and strategic partners. Once the frontend of your project is complete, we will design custom marketing materials that will reflect the imaging and messaging of your website. SEO work will be ongoing and will include periodic blog posts and updates, select keyword placement, and image tagging.
